Job Summary Triumph Gear Systems located in Macomb, Michigan seeks an Accounting Co-Op to assist the Controller. This is a part-time position 20 to 25 hours per week.
Duties/Responsibilities Assisting Accounts Payable with opportunities in General Accounting, Payroll and Accounts Receivable.
Duties include:
Entering invoices in ERP system Validating pricing Electronically matching receipts Reviewing receipts Trouble shooting unvouchered payables Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Undergraduate student currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Proficient in Excel Basic understanding of accounting principles related to A/P & A/R. Experience in an ERP is preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to remain seated for long periods of time while working on a computer or documentation, etc. Must have manual dexterity to operate computer keyboard and standard office equipment. Ability to interact with a diversity of people and diverse levels of personnel.
