Full job description Talent We have an opening for an experienced Interior Designer Lead who has a passion for creating unique and innovative spaces. We are looking for someone who pushes the envelope, elevates the design experience, and seeks to make the world around them a better place.
This is an opportunity to join a small design-focused team and to have influence on the projects that One Line Studio undertakes. We offer growth prospects and a body of work that does not focus on project type, but on solving the unique design needs of each client. You will join our studio in an instrumental role collaborating with the team to define the design ideas, materials, selections, and the overall interior user-experiences of our projects. Our ideal candidate possesses a talent for problem identification and problem solving, is self-directed, and is an idea generator who can visualize concepts to create models and images of intriguing and experiential environments.
Vision One Line Studio started with the idea that design begins before the first line is drawn. We are interested in going beyond the surface, asking deeper questions, and working closely with our clients to identify the true issues at hand. Job Requirements Minimum 5+ years of experience working with a professional architectural or interior design firm. Aptitude for growth, and a willingness to learn and collaborate is essential. Research and problem-solving oriented individuals who strive for exceptional solutions in creating unique, experiential environments. Experience in space planning, researching, and sourcing materials, lighting, finishes and furnishings. Ability to integrate interior and exterior palettes. Excellent graphic skills and strong ability for using visual software programs to present ideas. Sketchup / REVIT / BIM modelling proficiency is preferred.
