Responsibilities
• Collect and resolve outstanding insurance receivables• Handle unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims• Communicate effectively with clients• Accurately and efficiently handle high claim volume• Perform duties in line with mission, values, and service standards
Requirements
• Prior EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory experience• Prior Revenue Cycle, Healthcare billing or insurance experience• HS Degree or Equivalent education• Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge• Communication and customer service skills
