If you're seeking a flexible full-time position that offers a world of advancement potential, send us your resume today!Responsibilities:Offer personal attention when pursuing new clients through various marketing strategies to grow your existing portfolio of policyholdersCommit to remaining educated about the various types of insurance, insurance-related protocols, and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of program requirements and ensure our customers are satisfiedDevelop risk management strategies for each customer to ensure his or her policy needs are continuously metTake ownership of ensuring there are accurate records of all necessary bookkeeping, client, and sales reports in order to track and communicate the status of assigned goalsConduct meetings with new and potential clients and carefully listen to their individual circumstances in order to present the best insurance policies to meet their needsWillingness to create lasting relationships within your local communityQualifications:Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is requiredWillingness to learn about the insurance industry, insurance programs, and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholdersCandidates must have or be willing to get an insurance licenseMust be a superb communicator able to carefully analyze complex ideas like insurance programs; experience working in customer service is beneficialExperience using accounting or sales-related software is beneficialMust be a good communicator and be able to explain complex insurance programs to the customerAbout Company:On May 1, 1947, a group of Idaho farmers and ranchers founded Idaho Farm Insurance Company that later became Farm Bureau Insurance Company of Idaho.
