Responsibilities
• Support instructor in facilitating remote class sessions• Respond to student inquiries and escalate when necessary• Monitor student engagement and progress• Coordinate with instructors and program manager• Provide grading support• Collaborate with course instructor and instructional team• Maintain professionalism and timeliness• Complete onboarding process and training• Observe privacy laws and policies• Align with academic quarter calendar
Requirements
• Prior experience as a UWC2 Instructional Assistant or Extension Lecturer• Minimum one year of relevant professional experience• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to work with diverse individuals• Legal authorization to work in the US
