This position will be primarily responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, order management, and development new potential sales leads. - Answer customer questions, provide necessary information, and coordinate with the Sales and Engineering teams
- Assist with part order management and fulfilment
- Make outbound follow up calls to existing and prospective customers
- Maintain and manage relevant technical documentation
- Write end of month reports, technical service reports, and other relevant performance reports
- Assist with Request for Proposal process
- Develop understanding of company products Candidate profile should include:
Bachelors or Associates Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience in customer service or inside/outside sales
Experience utilizing MS Office products; experience with an ERP or CRM software preferred
