Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Academy Air has an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative for HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical services. This position is starting at $16-$20/hour plus UNCAPPED Commission.

This position is an individual contributor, but crucial to the overall team's success. Key Job Responsibilities: Ability to own and manage your book of businesses Follow up with current customer leads Outbound prospecting calls Candidate Requirements: Strong inside sales or telemarketing experience, 3+years Service titan experience - not required but a plus! Headhunter Mentality Motivated to exceed expectations Proven experience in sales Proficient computer skills Proficient in MS OfficeExcel Knowledge of Service Titan a plus Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
