Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is looking for someone with strong customer service, administrative, and sales skills to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative . More information about us can be found below or on our website at ABOUT THE POSITION Inside Rental Sales function as part of the Rental Team and are responsible for coordinating customer requests for rental of equipment and meeting the customers' needs through education of the equipment necessary for the task.
In this role you will:
Engage with current and prospective customers to build lasting relationships via in person, telephone, and/or email Manage the rental order process including coordinating with other departments to ensure timely fulfilment of customer requests Effectively communicate with all involved parties including Salespeople, Coordinators, Managers, and Customers providing accurate quotes and fulfillment updates COMPENSATION/BENEFITS Competitive Compensation - Salary Plus Commission Plan Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurances and several supplemental benefits) Generous PTO Plan Paid Holidays 401k with company match REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma/Equivalent with relevant experience - College Degree preferred Outstanding customer service skills Ability to present and sell at all customer levels Ability to work in fast-pace environment while multi-tasking to meet customers' needs Strong verbal and written communication skills SKILLS THAT WILL SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS MAY INCLUDE: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to organize and independently manage time Solid administrative Skills RELATED EXPERIENCE MAY INCLUDE : Account Manager, Counter Sales, Rental Sales, Parts Sales, Customer Service Representative
