The IT Supervisor at Park DuValle will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our technology infrastructure. This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional IT support to our organization. Provide leadership and supervision to the IT team, including IT technicians and support staff, to ensure the timely and effective delivery of IT services and support. Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to promote data security, privacy, and compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA. Manage IT projects, including system upgrades, installations, and migrations, from planning and implementation to post-implementation support. Collaborate with departmental leaders and staff to assess IT needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics, such as uptime, response times, and service levels, to identify trends, address issues, and optimize IT infrastructure and resources. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to procure IT equipment, software licenses, and support services, ensuring cost-effective solutions that meet organizational requirements. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, conducting training sessions, and creating user documentation as needed. Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in healthcare IT to advise leadership on strategic IT initiatives and investments. Other Duties as AssignedQualifications: 
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field required; relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, etc.) preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support and administration, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong technical expertise in networking, system administration, and cybersecurity, with proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and other relevant technologies. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare IT requirements, including HIPAA compliance and Meaningful Use standards, strongly preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of IT professionals. Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering practical and effective solutions to IT challenges. Commitment to the mission and values of Park DuValle, with a passion for leveraging technology to improve healthcare access and outcomes for underserved populations.  Education Requirements (Any)Bachelor's degree in computer science
