Responsibilities
• Perform industrial painting using specialized techniques and tools.• Conduct surface preparation to ensure high quality standards are met.• Fabricate and assemble various components.• Adhere to safety protocols throughout the painting and fabrication processes.
Requirements
• Specialized knowledge of industrial painting techniques and tools.• Experience in operating overhead and portable gantry cranes.• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, or stoop during the standard 8-hour shift.• Lifting requirement of 75 pounds.• Basic fabrication knowledge with the use of hand/power tools, band saw, drill press, oxy/acetylene torch, plasma cutter, etc.• Good hand-eye coordination.• Ability to see subtle color differences.• Basic computer skills, e-mail, navigate internet searches.• Some Microsoft Excel knowledge a plus.
