Indonesian Content Rater

Role OverviewWe are looking for an Indonesian Content Rater to join our team. As an Indonesian Content Rater, you will be responsible for evaluating and rating various types of content in Indonesian according to predefined guidelines. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to maintain objectivity while assessing content quality.Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate content across various platforms including websites, social media, and other digital mediums.- Apply predefined criteria to assess the relevance, accuracy, and quality of content in Indonesian.- Rate content based on established guidelines, ensuring consistency and accuracy in assessments.- Provide detailed feedback on content quality, highlighting areas for improvement when necessary.- Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment and consistency in rating decisions.- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in content guidelines to enhance rating accuracy.- Maintain productivity and quality standards while meeting established deadlines.- Adhere to confidentiality and data security protocols when handling sensitive information.Experience and Skills Required:- Native-level of Indonesian.- Deep knowledge of Indonesian culture and society.- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field would be preferred but not essential.- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus while reviewing content.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and apply guidelines effectively.- Basic understanding of digital content platforms and social media.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.- Flexibility to adapt to evolving guidelines and priorities.- Previous experience in content evaluation or rating is a plus, but not required.- Customer Service experience will be highly valuable.Please submit your resume outlining your interest in the position.
