The customer base will be small business customers with one or more Relias products and solutions. This role will manage customer onboarding from post-sale to launch and which will include the technical set up and configuration of Relias products, and management of the overall project plan. Essential Job Functions Project Management (45%) Manage the customer implementation of the Relias Platform for multiple solutions Developing detailed project plans, identifyingscope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and contingency plans Utilizing tools and project management practices to ensure on-time delivery and effective communication and collaboration, both internally and externally Identifying and managing risks and issues, and working with internal teams for mitigation Lead customer workshops and training sessions. Provide status reports to customer, and ensure project remains on schedule, within scope, and within budget Developing and fostering positive relationships and building rapport with customers Utilizing current and best practice implementation documentation and toolkits Ensure that project management database is kept up to date and all time is logged and project notes are complete Configure contracted products and solutions to customer specifications Providing technical support to customers throughout the duration of the implementation as required Conducting platform training sessions in various settings for internal and external customers as required Department Operational Support (50%) Assist with developing process documentation for onboarding processes Assist with updating department Sharepoint site Act as liaison to other departments as assigned Other duties as assigned (5%) Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Technical expertise in one mor more SaaS products or platforms Intermediate to advanced level of comprehension with Microsoft Office tools (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Advanced time management skills and ability to prioritize Demonstrated ability to implement plans with a defined process, metrics, and desired outcomes to ensure strong focus and consistent execution Demonstrated ability to perform in a metrics-driven, process-based environment with high accountability Experience Required (Minimum required) 1+ years in project management managing customer facing projects 1+ years implementing SaaS based products and solutions and delivering training Experience with project management tools, methodologies, and software Education Required (Minimum required) High school diploma Bachelor's degree in relatable field Experience/Education Preferred Bachelor's Degree CAPM or PMP certification preferred (or working towards) Experience in a healthcare setting or onboarding healthcare customers Technical Knowledge of common application integrations (Text File, SSO, API/Web Services) Relias is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug-Free workplace Company: Relias LLC
