Responsibilities
• Tracks and monitors time spent on hydraulic maintenance• Troubleshoots equipment issues and proposes solutions• Manages spare parts and tools for H+M distribution• Maintains H+M database• Close out service orders and report on materials and labor• Supports DC departments on H+M materials• Assists in ensuring safe working practices• Complies with corporate policies and business practices
Requirements
• High school diploma required• Certificate or Associate's Degree preferred• 2-5 years of recent Doka-related experience preferred• Thorough understanding of Hydraulics and electrics• Excellent communication skills• Knowledge of German and Spanish language is a plus• Strong technical proficiency and effective problem-solving skills• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications• Basic knowledge of Doka's proprietary inventory management system• Willingness to learn new computer systems and techniques• Ability to work as an organized team player• Awareness of responsibility and identification with function, team, employees, and targets• Ensures compliance with Doka Quality Control standards
