Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose. Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan. Engage with customer/client to inform them of issue, solution and outcome; recommend products and services for optimal system performance. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and extremely accurate. Ability to solve problems. Education and Experience: 1+ year experience as an HVAC technician High School Diploma, GED or Tech/Trade School strongly preferred Valid US Driver's License with satisfactory driving record Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
