Position Summary: Our client expects their HVAC Installers to run jobs with a tactful approach focused on balancing efficiency and quality, and provide an exceptional customer experience. Projects will be centered around installing a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards.
Qualifications: Education: Minimum of high school diploma Trade-school, Associate's, and Bachelor's degrees are always preferred Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: 2+ years of experience running residential HVAC installation projects independently or with a team Experience making repair and replace decisions Refrigeration installation and service experience strongly preferred Knowledge or expertise with air balancing principles and techniques Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Knowledge or expertise with basic sheet metal practices Familiarity with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques Advanced customer service skills High attention to detail Licenses/Certifications: Universal EPA Certification NATE certifications preferred but not required Compliance Requirements: Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check #IND1
