Responsibilities
• Successfully install commercial HVAC units and lead a team• Ensure customer's home and living conditions are healthy• Educate and assist customers in making informed buying decisions• Maintain company core values in work environment• Motivate and teach helpers, peers, and fellow technicians
Requirements
• Ability to communicate with customers and understand their needs• Attention to detail and ability to read blueprints• Maintain working relationships with superintendents and others• Determine material needed for each installation project• Work independently and efficiently to complete jobs correctly• Follow written and verbal directions from managers• Excellent customer service and organizational skills• Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment• Undergo pre-employment background check and drug screening
