Demonstrable business office / collections experience Experience with accounts payable and receivable Understanding of healthcare insurance (Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, Hospice) Previous human resources or customer service experience High School diploma or equivalent is required Ability to read, speak, and understand English is required What are some of the job duties required for this position? Provide on-site HR support to employees, including: work-related injuries, workers comp, training, disciplinary actions, orientation for new employees Maintaining an accurate data base of employee lists, correcting missed clock in/out punches, reviewing PTO requests, and signing off on clock accuracy for payroll Assist employees with insurance benefits, distributing booklets, enrolling in benefits, answer basic questions, etc..
