This role requires a versatile HR professional with a solid understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to the needs of different client organizations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently to deliver high-quality HR solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to assess their HR needs and develop project plans to address them. Conduct HR audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and compliance. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices tailored to each client's unique requirements. Provide guidance and support to clients on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Assist clients in recruitment efforts, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination. Support clients in conducting training sessions and workshops on HR-related topics. Maintain accurate records and documentation of HR activities and client interactions. Stay updated on HR trends, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices . Requirements Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Because of the project locations an EU citizenship is required.
