Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in HR or related field• Minimum of 4+ years in an HR Supervisory role• 10+ years of experience within an HR capacity ideally within a food manufacturing environment• Fluent Bilingual skills• Well versed in labor laws• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other HRIS systems• Strictly maintain confidentiality• Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
