Position Overview: As a Human Resources Generalist at Zenith Behavioral Health, you will be an integral part of our HR department, supporting various functions critical to our organization's success. Key Responsibilities: · Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new employees.
· Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution.
· Administer employee benefits programs and assist with payroll inquiries.
· Coordinate and conduct employee training and development activities.
· Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
· Maintain accurate HR records and utilize HRIS for data management.
· Support HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related field.
· Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role in the healthcare or social services industry is preferred.
· Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
· Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
