Responsibilities
• Managing all aspects of the HR department• Maintaining and updating employee files• Preparing and maintaining new hire packets• Processing workers' compensation claims and leaves of absences• Providing applicant sourcing, recruiting, and employee orientation• Establishing employee relations and maintaining a culture of excellence• Handling payroll and maintaining compliance• Enabling employees to deliver high-quality care• Implementing strategies for recruitment and retention
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field• 2 years Human Resources experience• Preferred previous HR experience in a healthcare facility• Familiarity with benefit administration, HR functions, and employment laws
