Human Resources Coordinator Responsibilities The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for creating positive working relationships at all levels within the community. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will also assist in the development, deployment, and monitoring of the community's onboarding, employee relations, labor, staffing, and retention initiatives.
Human Resources Coordinator Requirements Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent years of experience preferred; will consider candidates with successful recruitment and retention experience in the long-term care industry without education background. Minimum of 2 years of experience in skilled nursing or healthcare related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a human resource professional in the long-term care industry preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Possess effective communication skills to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, governmental agencies, and the community. Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations. Strong personal organization and time management ability with attention to detail. Strong work ethic and team player with excellent communication skills. Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material. Ability to understand and follow applicable regulations, policies, and procedures fully and consistently. Must have strong detail orientation and high accuracy level. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills. Knowledge of PayCom highly preferred. Equal Opportunity Employer.
