J ob Summary Endunamo Consulting is a Human Resources consulting firm based in Las Vegas, NV that provides HR advice and counseling to nonprofit organizations. Endunamo is seeking an HR professional to join its growing team of consultants. The consultant will provide HR support and assistance to Endunamo clients helping them to navigate complex HR issues and implementing "mission-driven HR" to fulfill their missions. The consultant will also work on special projects as needed. This is either a full- or part-time consulting position that offers flexible hours, a mix of onsite and remote work and the opportunity to develop and grow in your career.
Duties/Responsibilities The HR consultant may provide any of the following assistance to Endunamo clients:
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand skills and competencies required for job openings.
· Develop job postings based on client needs, place job postings and oversee recruiting process.
· Screen resumes, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.
· Oversee pre-employment process, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
· Conduct HR assessments for clients to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic HR solutions.
· Assist in the development of employee engagement surveys and employee recognition programs.
· Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
· Provide advice to clients on HR issues including but not limited to disciplinary matters; conflict resolution; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
· Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to senior Endunamo consultants.
· Attend and participate in client employee disciplinary meetings, investigations, and terminations.
· Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.
· Advise clients on maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
· Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on HR-related matters, offering insights and recommendations based on industry best practices and trends.
· Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
· Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn client HRIS and talent management systems.
Education and Experience · Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
· At least three years of human resource experience required.
· PHR or SHRM-CP a plus.
· Knowledge of Human Resource laws, regulations, and best practices.
· Ability to work independently in a remote working environment.
Compensation and Benefits We offer competitive pay, opportunities for professional growth and development, a flexible work schedule and a collaborative and supportive environment. The incumbent will be paid an hourly rate commensurate with level of experience and as a 1099 independent contractor.
