Human Resources Associate

HR Associate  Reports to: CFO 
Shift: Mon-Fri 8a to 5p (1hr lunch) 
Pay Rate: $19 to $21 BOE 
Summary: ( NO CERTIFICATIONS) HR Associate will work closely with recruiting to complete on-boarding process. The Safety and Operations departments completes incident/accident investigations and works with this individual who will turn in insurance claims with W/C carriers. This individual could be asked to end assignments, by phone, as needed. Simple benefits processing or data entry task as well. 
Job Description: 
Arrive on-time for each shift.
Check VM (we work in 3 time zones) 
Confirm new hires in PayCom 
Complete terms in PayCom 
Sign up request for insurance (benefits) 
Delete or remove insurance as associates quit, are dismissed, or onboarded by account. 
Review mail 
Create and submit W/C claims 
Reviews medical bills and send to safety for signatures 
Works closely with Safety creating Investigation Reports/Folders 
Aid Safety with OSHA 300 and 300A logs
