GRI-Alleset has a career-building opportunity for a "Human Resources Associate / Employee Relation" to join a dynamic and rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate will be positive, proactive, innovative, and have a "can-do" attitude.
RESPONSIBILITIES
5.1. This role shall manage the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources Department such as:
5.1.1. Assists in the administration of the Salary Administration Plan
5.1.2. Maintains data-base of employee records, as well as all active and inactive applications.
5.1.3. Coordinates all Immigration activities with coordination with Company's Immigration Attorney
5.1.4. Recruiting, job posting and resume reviews.
5.1.5. Conducts initial screening interviews and conducts reference checks
5.1.6. Conducts new hire orientations.
5.1.7. Assists with the development of new hire training material.
5.1.8. Investigates employee relation issues while adhering to Company policy, state and federal laws and regulations.
5.1.9. Maintains complete confidentiality of all H. R. related information.
5.1.10. Administers the Atlanta Braves and Atlanta United season tickets for customers and employees.
5.1.11. Coordinates Company/ Employee participation events.
5.1.12. Other related duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION
6.1. Bachelor's degree in human resources management preferred
6.2. 1-3 years' experience preferred
6.3. Proficient in Employment Law a plus
6.4. Excellent Writing Skills
6.5. Good verbal communications skills
6.6. Good organizational skills
6.7. Proficient in Spanish a plus
7. PHYSICAL DEMANDS
7.1. Long periods of sitting are required.
7.2. Minimal lifting required.
7.3. Climb stairs.
7.4. Occasional travel
8. WORK ENVIRONMENT
