We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our HR department's daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes.

 
In this role you will have these key responsibilities…
Administrative/Payroll Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including document preparation, filing, and data entry. Manage and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations. Assist HR Manager with processing payroll on weekly basis Recruitment Assistance: Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews, corresponding with candidates, conducting interviews, etc. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and ensuring completion of required paperwork. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment. Benefits Administration: Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and answering employee inquiries regarding benefits programs. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure effective communication of benefits information to employees. Compliance and Policy Implementation: Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. Contribute to the implementation and communication of HR policies and initiatives. Process Improvement:
Actively contribute to the growth and improvement of HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle Identify opportunities for process enhancement and efficiency gains, providing suggestions and assisting in implementation. Skills and experience you have…
Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a human resources capacity. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels. Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices is a plus.
