Human Resources Manager Seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager-Professional to oversee human resources for a large facility in Louisville, MS! Great opportunity working for a stable, growing company. Position offers competitive compensation and benefits package.
Human Resources Manager Job Responsibilities: Integrate HR processes with corporate guidelines and policies.
Administer HR functions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Supervise and develop HR Assistant.
Handle recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.
Manage personnel files and ensure accuracy and compliance.
Assist with disciplinary actions or terminations when necessary.
Monitor HR budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Human Resources Manager Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR (or related field).
At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably within manufacturing or related industries.
SHRM-CP or SRCP certification is required.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
