Human Resource Administrator position at Dyersburg, TN.Provides administrative support for HR functions.Processes payroll on a bi-weekly basis.

Responsibilities
• Maintain Associate information in HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now, AOD).• Assist with New Hire Onboarding and Orientation.• Assist in processing payroll on a bi-weekly basis.• Recruit local talent and participate in interviews.• Handle HR-related requests and questions from Associates.• Coordinate local Company events and community outreach activities.• Perform other assigned projects/tasks.
Requirements
• Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.• 5 years' HR experience in manufacturing industry preferred.• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.• Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.• Good computer/systems skills - MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook).• Knowledge of HRIS and timekeeping preferred.• Attention to detail, high energy, self-motivated and self-reliant.• Organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.• Ability to interact well with all personality types.
