Full job description About the Role: Location: Saginaw, Michigan ( Hybrid) (initial training on site)

As a Talent Acquisition Technical Administrator at Morley, you'll help with system customization, modifications and updates. You'll support the Talent Acquisition Manager and team, as well as internal and external customers.

What You'll Do Execute reports (ATS, HCM, HRIS, etc.)* as requested while ensuring accuracy and timeliness Regularly review, revise, create and modify work instructions for systems and processes as needed or requested Review, create, unpost, refresh, etc. requisitions Accurately adjust customization in Talent Acquisition systems as requested (e.g., combining candidate profiles, creating iForms, adding new Talent Acquisition team members to the system, creating custom fields, adding screener questions) Update systems daily to accurately represent Talent Acquisition needs and adjustments in real time Audit job templates to ensure nothing is empty and they are accurate Meet all deadlines given on all assigned projects Serve as the subject matter expert of the applicant tracking system (ICIMS) and human capital management system (Workday) Participate in webinars, discussion boards, etc. to stay up to date on the platforms the Talent Acquisition team utilizes Train and inform the Talent Acquisition team of updates or changes before they occur Build strong and trusting relationships with internal operational partners, associates and candidates Maintain a firm understanding of all Talent Acquisition functions and processes Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Director of Associate Experience on strategic projects for the team as needed Stay current with HR recruiting/onboarding legal topics, trends, technology and economic issues on a local and national basis Review and adjust recruitment marketing spend on job requisitions
Develop / create multiple surveys and report on the results Applicant tracking system, human capital management, human resource information system, etc.
Hybrid Schedule This is a hybrid role, where you will work partly from home and partly on site at our Saginaw, Michigan, campus.
Train on site (4-6 weeks) Weekly schedule after training is complete: 1 day on site, 4 days remote The role also involves minimal business travel related to regional job fairs and recruitment-based engagements.

While on campus, you'll work in a friendly, casual environment at our corporate office in Saginaw Township, close to shopping and restaurants. You'll also have access to our free on-site workout facility and enjoy perks such as tickets to local events.

Skills for Success: Computer and web skills including Microsoft Office Suite Strong knowledge base of talent acquisition strategies Good communicator (spoken and written) with individuals and large groups Critical thinker with demonstrated business-sense Collaboration and rapport-building A positive, self-starter attitude with a solid work ethic, strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Eligibility Requirements Able to work on site in Saginaw, Michigan, as required Able to attend regional engagements when needed (minimal; most required work will be done on our main campus) Able to serve a 24/7 work environment: primarily days, but flexibility to work early/late hours and weekends as needs require Bachelor's degree in a related field Five or more years of customer service experience, ideally in a high-volume and rapid-paced environment (e.g., previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers) One or more years of experience supporting talent acquisition onboarding One or more years of leadership experience, ideally in talent acquisition Experience multitasking on various systems at once, preferably recruitment-specific software including an Applicant Tracking System (e.g., iCIMS) and Human Capital Management (e.g., Workday) Project management or project management software experience (e.g., Asana) Remote Work Requirements High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline Secluded and distraction-free work environment Why Morley?: The value of your employment is more than your paycheck.
