We are looking for a motivated individual to join our fast-growing commercial GC construction team. Since 2001, we have expanded our business from a custom home builder to one of the largest commercial general contractors in Utah! We are looking to expand our HR team by adding a new manager and want to make sure that individual shares our focus on serving the community and building a better one all while ensuring a healthy work-life balance and employee appreciation!
We are hiring an HR and Payroll Manager in the Salt Lake City area so if you are interested, then apply immediately! What You Will Be Doing Identify opportunities for improvement, development and execution of our strategic vision for the HR function in the company. Provide support to assist in onboarding and training of new employees. Provide HR leadership and direction for the HR team. You will also drive employee engagement to maximize safety, manufacturing, quality and goals. You will help track hours, time-off, etc. for a third party payroll application.
What You Need for this Position - 4+ Years as an HR Manager- Manufacturing experience, highly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Great communication and organizational skills
