This is an excellent opportunity for HR Business Partners who are seeking a busy and varied role but have a flexible approach to adapt to our wide range of clients and sectors that we support.
About the Role
Provide generalist or Employee Relations Specialist HR support to a wide range of different clients, thriving on the variety of strategic HR, to transactional HR.
Work collaboratively with businesses helping them to achieve their people strategy and offer pragmatic and clear advice and guidance.
Advise and implement up-to-date knowledge of Employment Legislation
Manage conflicting priorities.
About You
Ability to manage and guide on complex employee relations issues, generalist HR, strategic HR, and transactional HR.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and relationships with clients, and to explore HR issues thoroughly.
Ability to write complex employee relation management statement of cases, and HR letters without the reliance of template letters.
Ability to provide clear HR advice and assistance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt quickly.
Business acumen and the desire to build strong relationships with the managers you are supporting.
Ability to develop and sustain our reputation for providing a friendly, proactive, and supportive HR service to our clients.
