HR Benefits and Payroll AdministratorLocation: Reidsville, NCFull-time position

Responsibilities
• Perform payroll administration• Assist with benefits administration• Support department with various tasks• Review and approve workflow changes• Export data for reporting functions• Process background checks and assist with onboarding• Provide support to executive team• Respond to employee inquiries• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Accounting, or related field• At least 3+ years of payroll administration experience• Experience with HRIS administration and benefits processes• Proficient in Microsoft Office• Experience with multi-state payroll processing• Preferred experience with Paychex• Preferred certifications: SHRM-CP, PHR, CPP
