Our client is a leading manufacturing company located in Broomfield, CO, and they are looking for an HR Analyst to join their team! The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience with HRIS systems and the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including but not limited to, data management, audits and compliance, analytics, vendor management and employee engagement initiatives. HR Analyst Responsibilities: Utilize analytics and HRIS expertise to manage and optimize HR data and systems, with a focus on streamlining processes and improving efficiency Assist in the development and implementation of HR dashboards for monthly and quarterly review by the leadership team, providing actionable insights and recommendations Conduct in-depth analysis of engagement survey data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement, and collaborate with HR and leadership to develop strategies accordingly Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of information in the HRIS system, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with all relevant regulations Manage relationships with external vendors, particularly those involved in benefits administration, ensuring service delivery meets expectations and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner Serve as a backup for payroll processing, providing support as needed and ensuring continuity of operations Act as a resource for employees, answering inquiries related to HR policies, procedures and benefits, and providing guidance and support as needed HR Analyst Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field 4+ years of experience in HR analytics, HRIS management and vendor management, preferably in a manufacturing or similar industry Proficiency in HRIS systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
