Your tasks
THE POSITION
This position will work, Monday – Friday, 6-2:30 pm
Manage a high level of confidential information
Assist employees with resolving all hourly payroll related issues.
Maintain hourly employee's data in SAP.
Process all hourly and salaried payroll changes in SAP.
Resolve time clock issues via turnstile request.
Absence code data entry including PTO, FMLA, Funeral leave, Jury duty, Military leave.
Submit SAP error report to Hourly Payroll Supervisor by processing deadline.
Maintain up-to-date attendance records according to policy.
Notify Supervisor and/or HR Business Partner of any Corrective Action write-ups.
Assist HR Business Partner with attendance audits.
Submit tickets for payroll changes.
Submit off-cycle shift-change sheets.
Maintain attendance system and personnel files.
Support in-processing of newly hired employees.
Support with reporting monthly overtime data.
Must have strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
Must have strong skills in Microsoft Excel to manage complex reports and spreadsheets.
Other duties as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma

Associate's or bachelor's degree
SAP experience in payroll and HR modules
