Qualifications
• Current or previous Director of Operations, Director of Rooms, or General Manager experience, preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with: Ownership; Corporate; hotel's management, colleagues, clients, and vendors.
• Aptitude and aspiration to engage the community and its partners to promote the destination's values and objectives.
• Familiarity in primarily leisure market with focus on creating unique and unexpected experiences.
• Track record of agile leadership with a test and learn mindset.
• Experience in leading a union environment, preferred.
The salary range for this position is $183,700 to $238,700. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be made based on a number of factors, including experience and qualifications.
