This is a temporary position. JOB SUMMARY
Provide general backup support to Sr. Manager, HR Technology In this role, you will assist with support tickets, and other tasks to assist the team as they implement a new Learning Experience Platform. CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education & Experience: 2-3 years of experience providing support, familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), and providing customer support. Should possess strong MS Excel skills. Preferred to have experience in hospitality. CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Managing work:
Attend training and ensure understanding of ticketing system (ServiceNow) Provide basic technical support, and escalate issues, as necessary. Provide backup support to Learning Technology team. Assist in testing for new LXP functionality. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials, information, and data. Be flexible when testing responsibilities shift between team members
Demonstrating and applying discipline knowledge:
Uses computers and computers systems (including hardware and software) to enter data and/or process information. Takes learning from training and applies and/or uses other materials to ensure accuracy.
Additional responsibilities:
Provides information to supervisors and co-workers in written form, email or in person as requested. Ask questions as needed to ensure step execution is accurate. Informs and/or updates leaders on relevant information in a timely manner. Manages time effectively and conducts activities in an organized manner. Uses problem solving methodology for decision making and follow up.

Salary Range (based on compa-ratio to accommodate all pay zones)
Washington Applicants Only: Employees will accrue 0.0334 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 9 holidays annually.
