WHAT IS EXPECTED OF ME IN THIS ROLE? Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards and procedures. Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and making beds. Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms, such as toiletries, towels, and linens. Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues or damage to management. Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. Adhere to established procedures for handling lost and found items and guest belongings.
