Job Summary:The Houseman/Maintenance at Home 2 by Hilton Conway AR is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of all public areas and guest rooms, as well as assisting with general hotel maintenance tasks. This is a part-time, hourly position within the hospitality/restaurant industry and is located in Conway, Arkansas. This role is an individual contributor, reporting directly to the Housekeeping Manager.Compensation & Benefits:The compensation for this role is $14 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition to competitive pay, the Home 2 by Hilton Conway AR offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including healthcare, paid time off, and employee discounts at Hilton properties worldwide.Responsibilities:Clean and maintain all public areas, including lobby, hallways, elevators, and restrooms, in accordance with hotel standardsAssist housekeeping team with cleaning guest rooms and ensuring they are guest-readyRestock and maintain housekeeping suppliesReport any maintenance or safety issues to maintenance departmentPerform general maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and maintaining landscapingMaintain the cleanliness and organization of maintenance storage areasFollow all safety and sanitation protocolsAssist with other duties as assigned by managementRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in housekeeping or maintenance preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPhysically able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of timeAvailability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysMust be able to pass a background check and drug testEEOC Statement:Home 2 by Hilton Conway AR is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
