Job OverviewBernhardt Winery is a scenic Tuscan-style winery located in Plantersville, Texas. Our mission is to provide quality wines and a fun tasting experience in a warm environment.
We are growing our winery team and are currently seeking a reliable candidate to provide housekeeping and cleaning services for our tasting room, facility, and two onsite bed and breakfast rooms. The perfect candidate has the opportunity to learn and grow with the organization.
Flexible work week - daytime Wednesday through Sunday.
ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness and hospitality levels equal to a five-star guest experienceAttend to all cleaning of the winery, bed & breakfast rooms, stocking, and laundryAssist and support winery events as neededGeneral cleaning skills including mopping and cleaning windowsPrepare foods for bed and breakfast guest and assist with food dishes provided by the winerySkills and ExpectationsMust be physically fit to climb stairs and carry supplies to and from the bed and breakfast rooms multiple times a dayBe able to lift, pull, and push moderate weight associated with the assigned taskMust be punctual and have reliable transportationBe customer service focused and able to interface with customers as neededMust posess refined and courteous communication skillsFood handler certification must be obtained with 30 daysMust speak fluent EngishExperience in restaurant and hotel industry a plus
