Ability to effectively communicate with the customer to properly prepare necessary documents to coordinate a residential or organizational move.
Customer Service; ability to effectively communication by email or phone with the customer to complete necessary documents required to coordinate the move Ensure all documentation relating to shipment is properly completed as required Interact closely with the moving team in preparation of the customer goods Coordinate with the moving team to ensure proper packing, removing and loading of customer's goods Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with the moving team Have a chauffe ur license or able to obtain one to drive box truck for department General business support function as assigned Bilingual English/ Japanese; ability to read, write & speak English and Japanese and tranlate to any non Japanes speaking staff Computer skills to include data entry and the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to clearly communication directions to the driver and moving team Ability to work overtime to meet the customer needs Strong customer service skills At least 1 year of experience in customer service Must have a chauffeur license ot ability to obtain one to drive box truck when needed Good driving record Organization Relationships: Will work with all levels in the organization as well as Customers.
Work Environment: (With or without accommodations) This position is predominantly at the work site (customer house) packing/unpacking, loading/unloading truck, comunicating with Japanese customers and informing staff of what work needs to be done.
