Position Summary: Our clients are seeking an experienced House Manager to assume 360-degree responsibility for interior operations at the significant Palm Beach residence. The right person works well with cross-functional teams and will ensure the smooth operation of the residence. The clients are looking for someone who has a keen eye for detail who can elevate service levels and enhance staff development. To be successful in this role, candidates should have a hands-on mentality. Responsibilities: You will manage all aspects of daily operations and coordinate with other team members. You will be a key point of contact for the principals and act as the face of the residence coordinating events and guest visits. Qualifications: The successful candidate will have prior experience working in a fine home, boutique hotel, or private yacht with excellent verifiable references. The right person brings out the best in their team and enjoys offering exceptional service. You should be tech-savvy and able to adjust to any platforms used by the Family Office team. Schedule: Generally, five days/week, with flexibility for extended days when needed. You should anticipate working some weekends and holidays when the principals are in town. Compensation: Compensation range is $120,000 - $140,000 with benefits that include an annual discretionary bonus, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO, sick days, paid holidays, and more.
