Hotel General Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Slate Hospitality Group, LLC is recruiting an experienced and motivated Hotel General Manager for our Cobblestone Hotel and Suites in Superior. WI The general manager is the glue that holds all moving parts of our business together. As a manager, you are expected to provide day-to-day leadership and direction by maximining financial returns, driving development of team members, creating and maintaining a unique guest experience, executing on brand standards, and building awareness of the hotel in the local community, all while maintaining operational and guest services standards as defined by Cobblestone Hotels and Slate Hospitality Group, LLC. FINANCIALS & ACCOUNTING: Analyze financials and data to drive revenues, future profitability, and maximum return on investment. TEAM DEVELOPMENT: Develop programs that drive improvements in team member engagement and are aligned with the service philosophy. GUEST EXPERIENCE: Collaborate with colleagues and hotel team members to establish and implement services and programs that meet or exceed guest expectations. RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS: Ensure that Cobblestone Hotels and Slate Hospitality Group, LLC standards are embraced and practiced by all team members, including oneself. SALES & MARKETING: Responsible for acquiring and maintaining a solid base of customers and accounts and for attaining a high occupancy and level of profitability.
