Responsibilities
• Greet arriving guests and determine reservation or place guests on waiting list• Escort guests to their assigned table or direct them to designated waiting areas• Present guests with menus and relay any relevant information• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to inquiries and requests• Engage with guests to ensure they are satisfied with food and service• Cross-train in other F&B related areas• Maintain professional integrity and ethical conduct• Adapt to fast-paced environment and resolve problems• Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills• Multitask and use time efficiently
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• Minimum of 1 year related experience or combination of education and experience• Luxury hotel/fine dining experience preferred• High volume, fast-paced work environment experience preferred• Aloha experience and Open Table experience are pluses• Food Handlers card is required• Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) Certification is a plus• Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification is a plus• Proficient in English- verbal and written• Flexible work availability- all shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
