Job Requirements Include –
• 1+ years of customer service experience (hosting experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A positive and energetic personality
• A respectful and team-oriented attitude toward all staff with a lead-by-example mentality
• A passion for local, organic, sustainable, and responsibly sourced food
• Some knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits is a plus

• Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights and weekends
Job Responsibilities Include –
• Maintain an understanding of the proper table numbers, seat positions, and flow of service required of all FOH positions
• Keep accurate knowledge of hours of operation, relevant service and facility information, and upcoming events at the restaurant
• Responsible for consistently providing restaurant guests with friendly and professional service, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.
• Creating the floor "game plan" which includes assigning tables to reservations and sections
• Awareness of VIP guests/reservation notes/dietary restrictions
• Taking water orders from tables
• Communicating any possible guest issues to a manager
• Awareness of any and all necessary details to keep an organized and effective host stand team
• Confirming reservations, answering phone calls, checking/ logging voicemails
• Menu cleanliness and organization
• Maintaining and restocking bathrooms
• Assisting staff in flipping tables/FOH appearance
• Complete knowledge of all Henrietta Red menus as they evolve
• Experience with farm-to-table menus, craft cocktails, beer, and wine is a plus.
