In this role, you will have overall leadership and management responsibilities for the home care business operations of multiple locations, including: Houston, Conroe and Beaumont. In partnership with the Location Directors and Clinical Directors of these locations, you will be responsible for driving overall location performance, including business and financial success, team member development, strong clinical outcomes, and general operations.HIRING REQUIREMENTS* Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience in an Operations Leadership role or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.* Experience leading and managing a team. Proven ability to lead, coach, teach, and manage others.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Demonstrated knowledge of financial concepts, practices, and procedures.* Experience with managing budgets, relaying information from P&L statements, and delivering strong results and growth through proper management of financial resources.* Demonstrated success leading and managing projects to completion.* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES* Help location leadership to develop and manage the annual operating budget for the assigned locations in accordance with Company financial guidelines and strategic objectives.* Monitor P&L performance (as compared to budget) of each location supported. Assist location leaders by conducting regular reviews and interpreting the financial performance of each location to identify plan shortfalls and opportunities.* Ensure clinical excellence at each location by observing the quality outcomes described in Thrive SPC's strategic goals and objectives.* Fostering accountability, teamwork, and mutual trust and respect for all team members through mentoring and coaching activities.* Promoting a high level of customer service and satisfaction, working with team members to ensure that patients and their families are highly satisfied.* Ensuring compliance at the highest levels with Thrive SPC's policies and procedures, Standard Code of Conduct, and all laws and regulations.* Facilitate maintenance of ACHC accreditation.* Active role in acquisition integration, hiring, retention, development, and separation of location team members as needed.   About Thrive Skilled Pediatric CareThrive Skilled Pediatric Care provides care to children who most need it, in the place that is best for them and their families – their home.
