Home Buying Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Home Buying Specialist to join our team (Must be local to the Rock Hill/Charlotte area). As a Home Buying Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing off-market properties directly from homeowners. This position involves making outbound calls to leads, nurturing relationships with potential sellers, and conducting property visits to assess eligibility for purchase. This is an in-person role, you will be meeting with sellers and putting houses under contract. If you're hungry, willing to GRIND, want to learn real estate, and earn good money while doing so, This is the job for you!Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to leads interested in selling their homes.Follow up with leads through various communication channels to nurture relationships.Schedule and attend appointments to visit properties and assess their suitability for purchase.Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate property assessments and purchase processes.Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and property details in the CRM system.Stay updated on market trends and real estate regulations to provide informed guidance to potential sellers.Meet or exceed monthly targets for property acquisitions and sales conversion rates.Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in real estate or property acquisition.Proven track record of success in outbound sales or customer relationship management.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.Willingness to travel locally for property visits as needed.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.About Company:As a trailblazer in the Real estate industry, our mission is to empower businesses with innovative solutions that drive growth and success.
