Heavy Equipment Service Manager

Job Title: Service Manager
Salary: $60-90k 
Job Type: Full Time (onsite) 
Hours: M-F: 7am-5pm
Founded in 2020 and tripling in size in less than three years, our team services 3 locations across WV, TN, and their surrounding areas. We provide heavy equipment sales, services and rentals. Our business is doing extremely well and continues to grow despite the unusual markets we've seen in recent years. While other businesses were struggling to stay afloat, we have been thriving and often getting calls to share how we have managed to do so. It is due to the incredible team we have built and with that, we are looking to grow even more by adding an additional Service Manager to oversee our service department. What You Will Be Doing Overseeing servicing department and team of technicians at a heavy duty equipment service site. You will also be in charge of scheduling customer calls for repair on their machines, handling warranty claims, leading the techs, and selling parts.
What You Need for this Position - Exceptional Leadership 
- Previous service center experience (preferred in heavy equipment)
- Prior maintenance/repair/servicing on diesel, hydraulics, electrical, and engines for heavy equipment
- Parts sales experience
- Timely updates for customers / tracking repair progress and keeping clients informed
