Description
Williams Consulting LLC is seeking an experienced Health Project Coordinator/Case Manager to support a Federal client in management and coordination of a medical expert panel in the support of disability determinations.

Responsibilities
Communicate with project team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing activities based on deadlines, available resources, and complexity of the task
Ensure that all regulatory and training requirements are met
Coordinate meetings with other staff members to ensure alignment about project details
Respond to regularly occurring requests for information
Prepare reports for superiors regarding project status, costs, and timelines
Coordinate with other departments within the organization to ensure that all parties are aware of project details and deadlines
Organize and manage resources such as human capital, materials, equipment, and supplies
Assist in dissemination of information, meeting materials, and meeting minutes
Assist with the creation and development of visual presentations
Retrieve information, organize, and prioritize emails and calls
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
5+ years of Project Coordinator experience
Superior verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficient use of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Superior problem-solving capabilities
Ability to interface at multiple levels across the organization and government
Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced situations
Requires multi-tasking and maintaining a schedule while staying flexible to change based on priority. Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills
HUBZone Candidate Preferred

Requirements and Experience
Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
A minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible project coordination experience
Cultural competence is required
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Ability to organize work priorities effectively and complete assigned duties with minimal supervision
Flexibility and willingness to adapt in a changing environment
Experience working with Federal agencies preferred
Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
Background investigation required
