About Our Exciting Career Opportunity We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual with strong service, operational, sales and interpersonal skills to join our dynamic team as a Head Teller. Representative. The Head Teller is responsible for the general operation of the teller area and supervision and development of the teller team. The Head Teller ensures the accurate completion of all branch audits and logs, provides guidance and assistance to teller team members in handling member transactions and inquiries and managing the day-to-day operations of the branch in the absence of the supervisory team.
The ideal candidate will act as a service role model for the teller team demonstrating high-level listening and problem resolution skills while supporting the Branch Manager in creating and maintaining a service and sales culture within the branch.

Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Associate degree preferred. Three (3) years cash handling and customer service experience in a financial institution or retail organization required. One (1) year supervisory experience is required. One (1) year Teller experience required. Ability to meet and/or exceed sales goals. Ability to motivate staff to meet and/or exceed sales goals. Professional, well-developed communications and interpersonal skills required for supervising the teller staff and projecting a positive image as a representative of the Credit Union. If designated as a bilingual position, must be able to pass a Spoken Language Assessment. Work requires knowledge of all teller functions and banking products, policies and procedures. Intermediate mathematical skills required (calculations and concepts involving decimals, percentages, fractions, etc). Ability to utilize standard office equipment including but not limited to: PC, 10 key calculator, fax, copier, telephone, etc. Job Posted by ApplicantPro
