Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation. Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing. Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization and growth. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and provide strategic guidance to the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and development, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives. Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and customer acquisition. Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices. Experience managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Proficient in data analysis and reporting. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience with B2B marketing is a plus. Experience in the executive search or recruitment industry is a plus.
